It's much harder than I imagined to continue life as normal for the kids. The old routines are falling by the wayside, as the hours slip by so much faster when there is so much to be done and only one to do it.
The day slipped by so fast I had time for one precious photo.

My neighbor Dan came over and installed an air conditioner in the little kids' room. Suriya and Lucius enjoyed the coolness so much they slept in there for naptime.
Gabriel and Kolaiah played their Game Boys while I tried to get the house clean.
Easier said than done. I'm used to having help. I haven't had to do much by myself in a long time.
I guess it's about time to think about what's for dinner. I'm tempted to order pizza again just because it's so freaking hot in here.
Outside:
And inside:
Yikes.
More later.
Later.
So I came home from work to find most of the kids asleep, and the entire house cleaned. My god, I love Deanna. I had a really tough night at work and was just floored that she would sweep and mop and clean the kitchen and everything.
Baby had to have his first bottle of formula. I'm so bummed. Nothing I can do about it but take Fenugreek and smell like a fricken pancake until it either A. works or B. my milk goes away completely. WTF.
BTW it got up to 112 on the back porch. Sigh. More pictures tomorrow, promise.
